UCAS releases statistical analysis of end-of-season 2021 application data

The UK Office of Higher Education Admissions (UCAS) (8 July) has released its latest undergraduate application figures, which show more applications for 2021 than in previous years and a corresponding rise in university admissions, according to figures for the year ending 30 June.
UCAS expects a record number of students to enter this autumn, and UCAS chief executive Claire Marchant said the figures showed a significant rise during the epidemic, with demand for undergraduate study clearly on the rise.
